The role is varied and will involve monitoring and reporting on expenditure against an annual devolved budget encompassing both revenue and capital in a variety of formats to both internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to the production of the CTPSE Medium Term Financial Plan and contribute to the recovery of income by ensuring appropriate sundry debtors are raised in a timely manner.

You will authorise and monitor expenditure from the CTPSE imprest account and have authority for day to day expenditure within set authorisation limits.

You will have had experience in a similar role or a similar environment, and have a good standard of education including excellent numeracy skills and literacy skills. Ideally you are AAT qualified or working towards or have a willingness to become AAT qualified. A good working knowledge of MS Office applications and in particularly Excel is essential. The minimum education standard expected is GCSE grade C in Mathematics and English.
