Full job description
Location: Warton/Samlesbury
Salary: £45,325+ (dependent on skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide timely insights, analysis, and business intelligence to drive performance. Maintain efficient working capital cycle for projects
- Assist with quarterly forecasts, Annual Budgets (IBP), and financial cost estimates for projects. Support IPTs in managing project risks and opportunities
- Support timely delivery of accurate month-end management reporting, including project and monthly management reports
- Support project teams throughout the contract lifecycle: setup, forecasting, trading, reporting, analysis, and closure
- Operate robust and effective financial controls in line with Financial Control Framework and Finance Policies manual supporting external and internal audit as required
- Contribute to improving Project Finance processes, including Finance Modernisation, digital reporting, system enhancement, and fostering a data-centric culture
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
- Proficient in using Microsoft products with advanced Excel Skills
Desirable
- Experience within FP&A and/or Business Partnering in manufacturing or service based industry

The Air Europe and International Team:
We are currently recruiting for a number of Project Accounting positions across our Air Europe & International (E&I) part of the business. The roles are based at our Warton and Samlesbury Aerodromes in the North West of England. Here, we are responsible for the delivery of our European & International commitments for Typhoon, Tornado and Hawk, including Production of Aircraft, Aircraft Capability, and delivering Through Life Support.
