Sales Manager – HVAC £45K / £50K OTE West Midlands

Lead the field sales element for a flagship branch. Working for one of the leading national HVAC distributors. Use your HVAC contacts to build profitable revenue and with it your career.

I’m looking for someone with a great sales track record in HVAC sales. As well as a good knowledge of the Midlands and south west market to step up to start winning business in the Midlands. With this comes progression opportunities.

The branch in question is located in Birmingham and has a AA+ service reputation, world class HVAC product range and major group backing.

It’s a competitive market as you well know, but there’ll be everything you need to make a real impact and take the branch to new heights.

The role

The initial emphasis will be on field sales and key account management.

Connecting with existing customers and using your standing in the market to attract more.

After 12 months this should turn into a more Account Management focused role.

There is a view to bringing on you own protégée to train, develop and mentor.

I’m looking for someone who’s selling and account managing in the West Midlands HVAC market already. You’ll already be well-known to major specifiers, installers and end users.

Energy, imagination and leadership qualities are essential too.

There’ll be excellent training and mentoring.

Salary: £45,000.00-£47,500.00 per year
