They are recruiting for an experienced A & F Manager to lead this arm of their business. This Recruitment Manager role would suit an experienced manager or a Senior Consultant with proven billings who is looking to step up to management as the desk is extremely warm and our client has the training and infrastructure in place to support them.

The Role:
You will join a passionate, dedicated team who have a genuine interest in their market. They don’t have an overwhelming sales approach with strict KPI’s but instead focus on the services provided and relationships built. This Recruitment Manager role involves managing a team of experienced 360 consultants and working closely with senior management, making sure your team reaches set targets.

This role is pivotal in our client’s business, and therefore offers exciting career progression opportunities and very high earning potential (up to six figures!).

About You:
At least 3 years 360-recruitment experience, preferably within the A&F sector

A consistent and strong billing history

An articulate and intelligent individual who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

You are ambitious and self-motivated, you can work in a mature and flexible way

You are competitive, driven, hard-working and resilient.
