Management Accountant

Puro Accountancy are partnering with an accountancy practice who are looking for an experienced management accountant to join the team. This position has become available due to a very successful first half of the year. The role

• Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
• Bookkeeping duties up to trial balance
• Preparing management accounts
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Preparing and submitting CIS returns
• Liaising directly with clients & HMRC
• Supporting junior members of the team as & when required

You will need

• Must have experience working in a UK accountancy practice
• Experience in a similar role is desirable
• Confident and personable qualities are essential as you will be dealing with clients directly
• Be AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA part qualified although qualified by experience will also be considered
• Must have experience with Xero and be confident using this software
