This is a wide-ranging role that encompasses ad hoc projects across the full range of financial disciplines. You will be involved with financial planning & analysis, tax, treasury, and statutory reporting and focus on the maintenance, and development of the internal control environment.
The role could include a degree of international travel.
Key duties:
Involved in tax compliance for the UK companies across several jurisdictions.
Support for the wider group for tax issues including transfer pricing.
Assisting with the year-end external audit and other reporting process.
Develop and improve financial processes and internal controls for tax to ensure compliance.
Your skills & experience:
Part/Qualified ACA/ACCA.
Knowledge of tax would be beneficial, but not essential.
Knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
Intermediate Excel skills (VLookups, Pivot Tables).
Self-motivated and highly organised with the proven ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
Confident and proactive with the ability to take the lead in challenging situations.
Resilient with excellent communication skills.
