Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing client relationships to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants to drive performance and professional growth
- Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
- Providing financial advice and guidance to clients based on their needs and requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
- Developing and implementing efficient accounting systems and processes
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven experience in managing a team and developing client relationships
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £42,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
