Service Charge Accountant at Adecco

Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 – Dependent on experience

Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm. Monday to Friday

Location: Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire

Flexible working- hybrid and office based

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client are dedicated to providing exceptional services to property owners and residents. With a commitment to professionalism, and customer satisfaction, they are now seeking a dedicated Service Charge Accountant to join their dynamic team.

As a Service Charge Accountant at our client’s esteemed company, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of their service charge operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Production of residential service charge and Year End accounts.

Reconciliation of Bank accounts.

Issuing of client account and liaising with clients as necessary.

Assisting junior team members with posting income and invoices.

Internal liaison with Property Managers.

Production of year end certificates and explanations with final accounts.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Qube/MRI property software

AAT Qualification advantageous

5 years+ relevant property experience
