Location: Exmouth or home based
Working as part of an international team to deliver training and consulting services for the Thomson Reuters Cloud Audit Suite product. This is a global product that has recently been launched in the UK. The role requires a detailed understanding of the functions, operations, and management of an audit team within an accounting business. Good interpersonal skills are essential.
Services are provided either online or on premise and will require someone who is happy to travel to locations across the UK. The role is field based with occasional attendance required at Thomson Reuters, Exeter office.

The Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters is the leading provider of technology and information solutions as well as integrated tax, accounting & audit compliance software and services to accounting, tax and corporate finance professionals in accounting firms, corporations, law firms and the government. Headquartered in Toronto, Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting division has major operations in Ann Arbor, Dallas, Hyderabad, London, Sydney and Toronto.
About The Role
Reviewing and refining the service delivery requirements for the UK market.
Advanced business requirements gathering skills
Deliver consultation & training programs either face-to-face or remotely on the Cloud Audit Suite UK application.
Advanced knowledge of audit processes and requirements are essential to provide expert guidance to clients on best practice when implementing our audit software.
Maintain personal knowledge levels of all key changes impacting the accounting industry, specifically in relation to changes to auditing standards.
Design of course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes.
Liaise with product teams and Sales Consultants, feeding back the client experience.
Take responsibility for managing outstanding client issues raised during the implementation of training and consulting services.
Work with Welcome Services, Sales and Product Management to ensure clients’ expectations are fully met.
Maintain administrative records on a timely basis in-line with company policy.
Provide clear written documentation and follow instructions to clients.
Participate in providing feedback to the Professional Services team of improvements to client engagement.
Develop skills on other applications that we provide such as Personal Tax and Accounts Production to provide support and additional resource.
