Digital Account Executive

Birmingham

£25,000 – £35,000

I’m searching for a Digital Account Executive to join a forward-thinking digital marketing agency based in the heart of Birmingham!

You will need the skills to develop, nurture, and support strong client relationships, support multiple digital campaigns and projects, and grow and retain business with new and existing clients. If you have a background in digital marketing and enjoy working client-side, then keep reading…

Daily Tasks –

Support client accounts and ensure you’re meeting their requirements through digital campaigns and projects

Day-to-day communication between clients

Building accounts across Google Ads, Google Shopping, Social Media Networks and creating and implementing SEO strategies

Support digital campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, optimising, managing, and reporting

Writing and reporting client briefs to the agency team

Experience using multiple marketing channels, tactics and tools

Understanding the latest digital innovations and trends

Working and creating workflow builds

Managing and optimising client and campaign budgets

Requirements –

Previous agency experience

A background in digital marketing

Experience using CMS and communication platforms, such as HubSpot, WordPress, Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp, etc

Experience managing client relationships on a daily basis
