Full job description
We are currently recruiting for Broker who are part of a leading player in the UK insurance market. They are looking to add several ambitious Commercial Account Executives to their team in Birmingham (Near Edgbaston), with a number of books of business to inherit, ranging from £75-300k income. This broker has high standards, resulting in a retention rate of 99%, so are looking to speak to those with the same standards, always putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, making sure they are never under insured!
They are interested in hearting from experienced Execs as well as sales focused Account Handlers if you are looking for the next step in your career
This role will focus on premiums of £10k plus dealing with general commercial business, and again there are a number of client books available to take over here.
Your day-to-day role will be to manage your existing client relationships with the assistance of an Account Handler, making sure retention levels stay high as well as developing a pipeline of new business to grow your book.
To be considered for these roles, you will ideally have at least 4 years commercial insurance broking experience in a sales focused role and either be a good Handler wanting your first Exec role or an experienced Exec already.
Basic salary is dependant on experience with Account Handlers looking for a step up anything from £30-£39k and experienced Execs £40-£60k + Bonuses, and all the normal benefits (Pension, Death in Service etc.)
They will also fully support your professional development (including funded qualifications)
Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
