The Opportunity

We are an established glazing company in Reading, looking to expand upon our existing successful sales team. Our product portfolio includes bifold doors, windows, lanterns and sliders in both Upvc and Aluminium.

Excellent basic salary, generous car allowance, with uncapped bonuses brings you an opportunity to excel in the fenestration industry with a realistic OTE of £55 – £65k. High achievers can expect to earn considerably more.

This is a full time, permanent, employed PAYE position.

Business to Business and retail sales with daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an ambitious individual, ideally with experience in selling glazing solutions to service our existing clients and maximise new opportunities.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will handle incoming enquiries, follow up leads, attend site meetings, and build relationships to win more new and repeat business, maximising every opportunity.

About you:

• Window Sector experience an advantage.
• Highly organised.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Enthusiastic, driven and a self starter.
• UK driving licence.
