Full job description
We are seeking a Bookkeeper on behalf of our client based in the High Peak area. Full or Part Time hours will be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an accountancy practice as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Assistant.
Duties for this role are:
- VAT Returns
- Book-keeping
- Dealing with client Xero queries
- Computerised systems used- Xero, Sage, Quick books
- Communicating with outsourcer
Personal Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with team members
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience and ability to work within a team
- Experience of dealing with clients on a 1-2-1 basis
- Self motivated
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage and hit deadlines
- Good analytical and mathematical skills
- Sense of humour
