About the Role

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to motivate our prospective customers to select ROLLER for their venues. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working with prospects in tight partnership with our Business Development, Account Management, and Training & Implementations teams to:

Facilitate introductions to ROLLER and support prospective customers through the buying process.

Engage across our prospective customers’ organizations and work cross-functionally within ROLLER to identify opportunities and risks – presenting recommendations & solutions along the way.

Own outcomes that include risk management and mitigation, customer value realization, and mutual success between ROLLER and our customers.

What You’ll Do

Secure new customer acquisitions

Define, execute, and own a formalized engagement plan for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new customers with the support of an established region-based team, including Business Development, Account Management, and Training & Implementation.

Build and manage a pipeline of business sufficient to cover quota.

Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.

Pitch and demo ROLLER for business leaders & executives, delivering a strong value narrative to help our prospective customers understand ROI.

About You

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business, or related fields.

You bring at least 2-4 years of experience in sales functions – SaaS being highly desirable.

Your proven experience in defining and achieving growth success metrics and your strong communication, interpersonal, and prospecting skills set you up for success.

You are a problem solver with a strong business aptitude for selling and building lasting relationships with the ability to understand pain points and requirements – correlating them with potential business value.

You are technologically savvy with an ability to learn and demonstrate new technology fast.

Drive, grit, and being a team player with a collaborative approach are integral to your success.

Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
