Telesales Executive at Keedwell Konnect

Job Description –

Due to expansion and the relocation to larger premises, we are currently seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to work with us on a part time basis.

We are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator & listener with a professional but friendly approach, along with an organised & punctual manner

Daily Responsibilities –

• Learn details about our company and services we offer to new and existing customers
• Contact new and existing customers to offer our services
• Keep an updated customer database
• Direct all prospect and leads to director
• Track and document calls and sale

Requirements & Qualifications –

• Experience as Telesales Advisor or similar customer service sales role
• Ability to use Microsoft programmes & TMS systems
• Proven record of hitting targets
• Ability and willingness to speak to new leads over the phone on a daily basis
• Patient & friendly personality
• Work well within a team
• Good communication & possess entrepreneurial manners
• Punctual
• Good negotiation skills

Job type: Part Time

Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 DOE
