Manchester Metropolitan University needs high quality Personal Assistants (PA) and Executive Officers to join our Executive Support Team (EST).

PAs will provide 1:1 support to Stakeholders and Executive Officers will provide general administration support to the Faculty/Stakeholders in the delivery of excellent service.

The duties cover a range of activities including:
Management and co-ordination of Outlook diaries to arrange meetings and appointments

Servicing support for meetings, including notetaking and follow up actions

Acting as a key point of contact, liaising with a wide range of internal/external colleagues and organisations

Arranging hospitality, travel and accommodation

Event co-ordination

You will play a cohesive role in the team, delivering consistently outstanding service with a customer-focused approach.

These roles are fast paced and varied, requiring initiative, constant development and working collaboratively with colleagues across the University.
