Cloud 9 Recruitment are working exclusively on a fantastic opportunity with a world class Packaging Group who are keen to appoint a Junior Sales Executive for their Southwest division.

You will enjoy ongoing training development to ensure that you are successful in your role long term, whilst working with a highly experienced team of people who will provide you with daily support.

The Role

You will be part of a highly successful and supportive team, managing a portfolio of account and developing new business opportunities both within these account and sourcing new ones.

You will be home based though due to the nature of this role be expected to travel throughout the Southwest visiting customers and potential new ones!

Other expectations are:
Developing a pipeline of new business targets to ensure you deliver profitable growth for your region and the group.

Create new opportunities suitable for the sites manufacturing capabilities.

Manage and work with Tenders.

Manage the supply chain within your customer base.

Raise customer quotations, negotiate prices, maintaining profit levels and increasing were possible.

Manage and rectify any customer complaints in a professional manner.

Ensure all systems and paperwork are delivered to a hight standard and on time in line with company procedures.

You

We are keen to speak with people just starting out in their sales career ideally with some exposure to the packaging arena or other cross-over B2B sectors. More essential is that you are ambitious, career driven, self-motivated, dynamic, entrepreneurial, and committed to building a career for yourself in field sales.

You must have a full driving license and be prepared to travel where necessary within the UK. It is o=also essential that you have a background in sales and business development either having worked in a proactive office based sales role or newly “in the field”.

Be prepared to be ‘moulded’ and developed within this role, so an energetic and positive approach to learning is required to ensure you are successful within this role and business.

Remuneration

This is dependant on your experience so far and to date you will receive a basic salary up to £42kpa plus company car, bonus, 25 holidays and many more attractive remunerations. Please apply for further details.
