It takes a top-class finance team to keep track of all this activity and ensure our agency runs smoothly. As our Finance Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in making it happen. And, because we’re open to discussing what your working pattern looks like, you can do it in a way that best suits you.

You’ll be well-versed in the fundamentals of financial administration, ensuring invoices are processed in good time and tasks are prioritised for month end. But you’ll also be flexible in the support you offer – whether that’s helping our Financial Controller complete month-end tasks, helping colleagues keep on top of monthly postings, or suggesting even better ways for us to do what we do.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar finance role
• Unfailing attention to detail
• Excellent people and communication skills
• An enthusiasm for finding better ways of working
• Knowledge of Sage preferred but not essential
