Full job description
Could you be the listening ear that makes a difference to someone who is down or stressed? Do you want to help people make changes to improve their wellbeing?
Care Network Cambridgeshire are recruiting three new Wellbeing Coordinators to support people who are struggling with their wellbeing. You could provide the listening ear and person-centred support and advice that makes all the difference.
Through phone calls, face to face conversations and online support our aim is to encourage and enable people to do the things they need and want to do.
If you are an empathic, supportive person who is good at listening and are experienced in making a positive difference to people’s lives, we are keen to hear from you.
25 hours per week on a 12 month contract. Salary: £17,386 a year
