Community Mental Health Professional at Manx Care

About the role and our team Join the Crisis and Home Treatment Service (CRHTT) on the Isle of Man and play an integral role in the service that provides assessments and treatment to individuals experiencing acute mental health difficulties 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a unique hybrid crisis team working within a small Island population. The multi-disciplinary team is made up of Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers and Senior Healthcare Assistants with experience ranging from newly qualified to 30 years plus. We are based next to the local inpatient hospital and see patients both at the CRHTT base and in the community as required.

A relocation package of up to £,7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month. This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th, and 25th months of employment.
