Robert Half is working with a luxury fashion brand who are looking for a Private Client Account Manager / Coordinator in West London. This will be a rolling 1 month contract startiong on the 1st October.

Private Client Account Manager / Private Client Account Coordinator – Contract/Day Rate – On Site (West London)

Responsibilities:
CRM System Management, Tech Savvy Individual working on various marketing activities and account management

Coordinate with the client account management teams to ensure

Manage relationships between the private management teams and the client, coordinating communications through the CRM system & email marketing activities.

Coordinate and organise private client events & viewings

Requirements:
Experience with Luxury Fashion Brands

Experience managing CRM system and data management of private clients

Be able to support Private Client Account Management outside trading hours when necessary

It is key that you have the ability to maintain strong relationship and work closely with private client advisors and managers.

Have a deep understanding of working with high profile clientele

Help to support the relationships between the private management teams and the client

Carry out technical tasks on CRM system

Strong communication skills

Be able to act confidentially with private client data
