• Deliver personalised care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation and light household chores
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Maintain accurate records of care provided
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for clients
• Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures

• Redhill, RH1 1NT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Home care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
