Account Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth for our company.

Duties:

• Engage with customers in various face to face channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and identify opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,060.00-£26,352.00 per year
