The role:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to work alongside our Account Director and develop exceptional end- to- end B2B PR campaigns. You’ll help drive PR activity and manage daily communications for both clients and journalists.

You’ll be collaborative, solutions-focused, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and continually deliver high quality service. You will act as a mentor for junior members of the team and support in their growth.

What you’ll be doing:
Develop strategic PR campaigns, align with client objectives, and present information effectively to target audiences.

Act as primary day-to-day contact developing strong client and journalist relationships

Provide detailed reports for campaign evaluation and implement best practices to exceed client objectives

Demonstrate industry expertise, cultural sensitivity and knowledge of current media trends.

Curate high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats including by-lined features, editorial, press releases, Q&As and corporate content

Confidently handle issues and crisis management on behalf of clients, seeking senior level input where necessary

Identify new business and other organic growth opportunities to maximise ROI

supporting the professional development of team members through coaching and mentoring, as well as facilitating on-the-job training

What you’ll bring to the role:
A minimum of 2-4 years working in an agency or a busy, in-house marketing team environment

B2B marketing experience

Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in line with tight deadlines

Consultative approach with strategic and tactical recommendations that maximise ROI

Proactive in identifying new opportunities for clients
