Job Title: Live in carer

Duties:
– Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals
– Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
– Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
– Assist with mobility and transfers of patients
– Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
– Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
– Document patient information accurately and timely

Requirements:
-GCSE or equivalent
– Current Care certification or previous experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
– Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
