Finance Clerk at Recra Consulting

Recra are working in partnership with a reputable leading Snack food provider in the heart of Leicester who are seeking an experienced Finance Clerk to join on a permanent basis.

Hours; Working hours- standard 8am-4pm

Your daily duties would cover:
Financial statement preparation,

Budgeting, payroll, Purchasing

Preparing all invoices for payment

Accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Purchase Ledger processing and dealing with supplier queries

Helping to manage the monthly cash and credit card expense recharges

Bank reconciliations

Ad hoc bookkeeping support

Required Candidate attributes;

Previous use of computerized accounting programs

Strong use of (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)

Knowledge of Payroll systems

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in accounting
