About the role
The role will be responsible to support and nurture current customers and to develop new customer bases.
- Present and sell Draeger products and services across a specific geographical region
- Work in conjunction with an external account manager for a specific geographical region
- Create propositions for customers based on value rather than cost
- Ensure Sales and profit targets are met
- Actively contact customers with the aim to generate further business and create/close open opportunities
- Identify and resolve (potential) issues with customers
- Delivery of objectives as agreed with manager
- Maintain & improve customer satisfaction by the provision of high-level support to customers,
including ensuring timely and efficient processing of customer requests with respect to pricing, delivery, and product requirements
- CRM and data management
- Day to day supervision of a small team including but not inclusive i.e., 121’s, absence management and guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with other team leads within the commercial environment.
Additional Requirements.
Undergo necessary training to fulfil all duties
- Manage CRM Funnel
Your Qualifications
Completion of secondary education
Team Leader or supervisory qualification is desirable
Experienced in phone-based business to business sales is essential
Team lead expereince within a similar industry is highly deisrable
Ability to influence
Experience in conducting 121 and feedback meetings
Experience within the saftey industry is preferable
Consultative Selling Experience is highly desirable.
Experience of working to targets is essential
IT knowledge: MS Office
Customer orientation
Ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to close an oppurtunity
Able to handle a diverse range of tasks
Able to guide and support a small team
