Job Summary:
As an Outsourced Accounts Qualified Senior, you will play a pivotal role in our Outsourced Accounts team, overseeing the delivery of exceptional accounting services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, handling their financial needs, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Role Requirements:
Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their unique financial requirements, and providing personalised accounting solutions.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review year-end financial statements, management accounts, and other financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant accounting standards.

Compliance: Ensure timely submission of VAT returns, tax computations, and other statutory filings, while keeping abreast of any changes in tax legislation.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior members of the team, offering guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and ensure efficient service delivery.

Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance accounting processes to optimise efficiency and deliver higher-quality services to clients.

Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data and performance indicators to provide valuable insights to clients, enabling them to make informed business decisions.

Problem Resolution: Address any accounting discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally, working with the team to find effective resolutions.

Advisory Services: Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial advice and support to clients, identifying opportunities for additional services.

Audit Support: Facilitate and coordinate audit activities, liaising with auditors to ensure smooth and successful audits.

Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise and add value to clients.

Person Requirements:
Qualifications: Qualified member of a recognised accountancy body (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a chartered accounting firm, with a focus on outsourcing and client management.

Technical Skills: Proficient in financial reporting, tax compliance, and relevant accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.

Leadership: Proven experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Time Management: Efficient time management skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Integrity: Demonstrate high ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.
