What you will be doing…

Our Group Finance team are on the lookout for a Finance Systems Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month FTC!

The Rank Group was the first company in Europe to go live with D365 SCM, and we use more D365 modules than most other companies. This role will give you massive exposure within the software and elevate your career.

This is an independent role which requires self-motivation and a willingness to learn. You will be monitoring the Financial Systems inbox, updating the MMR and workflow as required. As the Financial Systems Analyst you will own the month-end & year-end close, as well as creating new users, worker records and updating the employment history, etc for Projects / Expenses.

We are looking for someone who is able to own the Month End & Year End process as well as has knowledge of Interfaces coming onto Dynamics 365 through Data Management… does this sound like you?

Qualifications

Experience that you’ll need…

Part Qualified Accountant / Qualified by Experience

Worked on Dynamics 365 as a consultant or within a Financial Systems Team

Working knowledge of Management Reporter, Workflow, Procurement, System Admin including setting up users and Workers and Security.

Able to own the Month End and Year End process and knowledge of Interfaces coming into D365 through Data Management.

Hands on configuration knowledge of the following modules:
Budgeting

Expenses

Fixed Assets

General Ledger

HR

Procurement & Sourcing

Project Management

Purchase Ledger

Sales Ledger

TAX

Financial Reporter

Data Management

Workflows
