Sales Account Manager at RME Consultants

RME Consultants are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to support our rapidly growing client in Eynsham.

Role: Sales Account Manager

Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 per annum (Based on experience)

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (Full-Time, Office-Based)

THIS ROLE REQUIRES OFFICE-BASED WORK – NO HYBRID / REMOTE WORKING AVAILABLE

Contract: Permanent

Location: Eynsham, Oxfordshire

Main Duties for a Sales Account Manager:

• Supporting client’s by understanding their business requirements
• Making suitable product and services recommendations based on client needs
• Managing and monitoring interactions between clients and technical teams
• Proactively escalating issues and requests as required
• Creating and delivering client presentations which create clear plans for clients
• Effectively liaising with Executive-level clients to grow business accounts
• Onboarding new clients and supporting their transition onto the services

Requirements of the Sales Account Manager:

• A minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar Account / Client Manager role
• Able to build strong trust relationships with clients and successfully negotiate deals
• Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• A willingness to learn new technologies is essential for this role
• Should offer strong project management and timekeeping skills
• Proven experience liaising with clients at decision-maker / Executive level preferred
• Any supporting qualifications are highly advantageous but not essential
