This is an exciting hire for an Assistant Treasurer within a FTSE 50. The Assistant Treasurer will report into the Group Treasurer and will be both operational and strategic in nature and will require the building of strong relationships both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities
Leading the continous improvement of treasury operations.
Support the Group Treasurer in developing strategies and solutions for funding and managing financial risk across the group.
Manage the implementation and maintenance of cash management solutions.
Monitor operating companies FX exposures and advise on strategies to mitigate risk
Oversee the management of IRRM policy and ensure policy is always appropriate.
Lead the development of the IT2 Treasury Management System.
Support the Group Treasurer in managaing the company’s funding and liquidity strategy including bank facilities, USPPs and public bonds.
Build strong relationships with banks and other debt investors.
