Duties:
– Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
– Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
– Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
– Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
– Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
– Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
– Support financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
– Provide mentoring and guidance to junior accounting staff
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
– Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
