Finance Business Partner at Marks Sattin

FTSE listed FMCG business is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to look after one of their sites based in London.

This role will lead the site finance team to deliver optimal performance and provide key information to support the site General Manager in any key decision making.

Reporting into the Head of Finance the role will be responsible for:

To be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team providing contributing to the running of the site.

Provide decision support to the site General Manager to ensure decisions are made with factual information.

Optimise site financial performance by providing support and challenge to the site and budget holders. Lead the budget/forecasting process

Planning and prioritising future spend, maintaining an accurate view of capital cash spend phasing.

Monitoring and challenge of project timescales, quality control for all capital proposals being issued from the site and monitoring capital spend.

Contribute to the wider operational finance team to ensure continuous improvement in controls and efficiencies.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with previous business partnering experience. Ideally, you would have previous experience of having worked in a manufacturing, consumer or supply chain type business.
