Full job description
As our Marketing Assistant you’ll be part of a supportive team dedicated to raising our brand profile, generating interest in our schools and creating content to support, guide and empower parents and carers of young people with special educational needs.
For children with complex needs the level of care and education we provide must go above and beyond. That’s what drives us here at Witherslack Group. Our Marketing Team aims to reach and impact more people than ever before with what we can offer young people.

We are looking for someone with a passion for marketing. You might be a graduate or already experienced marketer looking to progress their career.
Your role will play in a big part in how we change lives for our young people. We will look to you to support in the activation of marketing activity to raise our brand profile, generate awareness of our schools and to support, guide and empower parents and carers of young people with special educational needs.
Working with the rest of the marketing team you will support in the creation of a wide variety of marketing activity both on & offline.

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000

A track record of quality copywriting
Experience creating blogs, e-mail journeys and video content
Experience monitoring the performance of content
Ability to liaise with directors, senior leaders in schools and homes; group office staff, parents, support groups, SEN organisations and influencers.
