Account Manager – Recruitment at RFT Staffing

RFT Recruitment are looking for an Account Manager in Manchester.

It’s a permanent role, available in September. My client have adapted a hybrid working mode (2 day at the office).

The Role

You will be responsible for managing client accounts within the Healthcare sector. Monitoring their expenditure through supply team agencies and ensuring delivery against performance metrics, whilst maximising business opportunities.

You will be required to travel nationwide to visit the clients so ideal candidate must have a valid driving licence and a car. (There is a £250 a month car allowance on top of the salary)

About You

· Will be a real “go getter” with commercial awareness and a proven track record in recruitment in ideally healthcare sector.

· Possess excellent relationship management skills with the ability to identify business opportunities.

· Have strong analytical skills to review client expenditure, address any anomalies and instigate action plans in consultation with the client.

· Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organisation, being proactive and able to multitask within a busy environment

· Will be IT proficient, with a good working knowledge of PowerPoint and confident in delivering client presentations

· Have a full driving licence and be willing to travel nationwide as required for client visits

Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
