Our well established client in Eastleigh is a successful and growing company that specialise in global shipping.
Due to our continued success and expansion, we have exciting new opportunity for a Procurement Account Manager to join the International Trading Team.
Procurement Account Manager responsibilities:
Involved in sourcing and buying a wide range of products and equipment
Negotiating with suppliers on the phone and email
Building and maintain strong relationships with existing Key International Clients
Responsible for increasing sales and revenue of existing Client Accounts
Offering competitive quotes to clients for the equipment they have requested
Converting your quotes into sales orders though proactive selling
Reacting to client enquiries quickly and efficiently
Building and maintaining positive, long-term supplier relationships
Providing swift and viable supply solutions to customers
Consistently achieving personal sales targets and KPI’s
Skills Required:
Confident and clear communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
Strong negotiation, customer service and sales ability
Positive attitude and be able work well within a team or individually
Ability to work under pressure and think your feet
Working experience using Microsoft packages
