Account Managers play a key role in our Client Services Team.

The Client Services Team are the facilitators in the creation and application of great strategic insight to develop game-changing ideas. They are the architects of the best possible outcome, inspiring people and the agency to excel. They help the agency drive revenue and profit.

Joining this highly successful, in-house agency team, you will work alongside a group of digital marketing experts who provide a unique service to this fast-paced client.

As an Account Manager, your principal role, along with a wider account management team, is to be the bridge between the client and the agency. You will be responsible for assisting in managing activities within the account, solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects from start to completion.

You will take charge of the account by building and maintaining a strong relationship, with the client, through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.

Along with the wider account management team, you will receive client communication briefs and then create and deliver, detailed, accurate and quality briefs, ensuring that the Unlimited internal processes are always adhered to.

Work closely with the Creative Team, to ensure that the internal processes and quality control for asset management are always being adhered too. On occasions, present and sell creative work / ideas to the client.

Ensuring that project deadlines are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes, with the wider account management team.

You will play a valuable role in continuing to build our relationship and reputation with this highly renowned, brand leader in the Automotive industry.

Requirements

What you will need to succeed …

A good understanding and knowledge of integrated marketing communication techniques.

Have previous experience / expertise on brief writing and managing campaigns from start to finish.

Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills to ensure information, expectations and actions are effectively communicated between clients and agency.

Energy and enthusiasm, demonstrating a desire to learn and develop in the role.

Organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Be comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team; collaboration and negotiation are essential.

Persuasive, able to sell creative work / ideas, and respond positively to feedback.

Be personable, and able to work effectively with a variety of different people.

Ability to manage your own time and multiple projects efficiently and effectively.

Drive and desire to get one step ahead of the client’s needs and display an ‘already done’ mentality.

Confidence and know-how to deliver clear, constructive feedback to creative teams.

Excellent administration skills with a strong eye for detail.

You will be intuitive around people, acting accordingly.

Resilience, commitment and the desire to go the extra mile.
