Credit Controller (Part Time) at Alpha teknik

Credit Controller – £24k per annum, pro-rata

PACE Investments Group are an Investment Company who thrives on helping new and upcoming businesses to grow, learn and develop. The Company is continually growing, and we are seeking a skilled credit controller to join our Finance team in Ellesmere Port. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing our credit and collections processes, ensuring timely payments and minimising bad debts.

The position is part-time, working 20 hours per week, over 3/4 days, to be agreed at interview. You will be a confident communicator, who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities would include:

·Monitor and manage the company’s credit control activities, including debt collection and credit risk assessment

·Conduct credit checks and establish credit limits for new and existing Clients

·Investigating and resolving queries

·Liaising with the Factoring company on a regular basis

·Prepare and send regular statements, reminder and invoices to Clients

·Posting receipts in a timely an accurate manner

·Ability to build and maintain good client relationships

·Other ad-hoc duties as required

Knowledge, skills and experience

·Previous experience in an Accounts environment

·Credit Control experience advantageous

·Experience in Xero desirable

·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·Time management skills

·Attention to detail
