Business Development Executive (OTE 70K) at Fintelligent

We are recruiting for a market-leading financial services company based in Altrincham that are looking for a results-driven New Business Executive to join their team. You will receive fantastic base salary of £32,000 with OTE’s between £55,000-70,000!

Package and Benefits of our New Business Executive role:
£32,000 base salary with realistic first year earnings of £60,000

Uncapped commission. OTE’s up to £55,000-70,000 after your first year

Day-to-day New Business Executive duties:
Handling inbound and outbound calls with contractors looking to set up under an umbrella company

Understanding what they are looking for and selling the benefits of the company in order to finalise the deal.

Converting warm leads through web enquiries

Effective questioning in a professional manner in order to advise on the most suitable product and service

Have strong knowledge of companies features to ensure contractors are informed

Hitting KPIs and activity levels whilst maintaining a healthy pipeline

Providing excellent customer service and knowledge

Requirements for our New Business Executive role:
We would like to hear from you if you have any of the following experience: Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, New Business Advisor, Sales Executive, Telesales Advisor, Umbrella Business Development, Umbrella Sales, Account Manager or similar

Minimum 1 year experience required

Previous experience in a target-driven environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong Customer Service experience
