SATURDAY CONSULTANT IN OUR CHOBHAM BRANCH
Waterfords is now looking for a Saturday Consultant to work with our friendly Chobham team.
Waterfords has been operating since 1995 in the Estate Agency Market and has 4 branches across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. Waterfords is an industry expert in Residential Sales, Lettings, Land and New Homes.
The Working Hours for the Saturday Consultant are, 0900 – 1700.
The Saturday Consultant will need a full driving licence, access to a car and business class insurance. Business mileage is paid and there is a car parking space.
Have a look at some of the activities you will be undertaking;
· Arrange and accompany viewings.
· Update homeowners with feedback following viewings.
· Arrange mail outs and undertake ring rounds to generate viewings.
· Greet visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
· Register applicants and record information accurately on the IT system.
· Have a friendly and professional telephone manner, taking and relaying messages accurately.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
