Dunedin Complex Care is nurse owned and led. All care provided is designed by the client to ensure a truly bespoke approach. As nurses we take great care in supporting our teams to deliver the best they can – giving the support and confidence needed.

We are currently seeking experienced complex care assistants to support a lovely young lady in the Aldridge area of the West Midlands. We are looking for people who really do care and want to feel proud about the work they do each and every day. Our client has cerebral palsy and is reliant on her team to bring fun and activities into her life.

All training can be provided, as long as you have the right approach. Experience of delivering care in peoples own homes is beneficial but we will provide any training you need or wish to have. Paediatric Care experience is very beneficial.

We are looking for part and full time Complex Care Assistants to work days supporting a truly lovely young lady to have the best quality of life. This involves supporting her at school, at home and out and about. Sensory stories, Farm parks, Swimming, and days out all form part of your normal working week!

Dunedin Complex Care wishes to ensure the team have a healthy work/life balance – therefore rotas are prepared at least 6 weeks in advance – rolling where possible – and we would never ask you to work more than 2 weekends in a month (unless you wanted to).

We support our young client at home and in school. Start times are:

  • 07:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday school days
  • 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday non school days
  • 08:00 – 18:00 Saturdays (alternate weekends only)
  • 09:30 – 15:30 Sunday (alternate weekends only)

Our leading employment package includes:

  • £14 per hour Monday to Friday, £15.00 per hour Evenings and Saturday.
