Full job description
We are looking for a Marketing Account Manager to implement our client campaigns and requests, on time and to budget.
The Role
You will be a marketing communications expert, who is focused on delivering excellent customer service to our clients and building strong relationships at all levels. You will have great people skills and be a confident team player.
Key Responsibilities
Overview
- Achieve excellence in all aspects of client relationships and customer service
- Build strong relationships, both external and internal
- Support the efficient management of all projects to time and to budget
- Proactively support the company objective to advance our clients marketing efforts
- Ability to spot opportunities to sell and know how to converse with clients about the services we provide and escalate as appropriate
- Have excellent organisation and attention to detail – contributing to successful internal processes and quality output
Account administration
- Support and mentor the Account Executive and provide support as required with the account activities to ensure our processes are followed; to include Radar and server admin so all records and files are up to date and accurate
- Creation and regular review of project timelines and quotations
- Creation of client meeting/call agendas and contact reports
- Accurate and efficient scheduling and time tracking against projects
Account management
- Become the ‘knowledge holder’ for all aspects of your campaigns – understand the subject matter and stay in regular communication with all campaign contributors to ensure objectives are being met and desired output is achieved
- Collaboratively work with our leading creative, strategy, motion, and digital teams, to deliver a best-in-class service to our global technology brand clients
- Alongside the senior team members, regularly review client and project profitability reports – understand learnings, make suggestions, and implement changes to improve profitability whist maintaining quality
Consultancy
- Help shape and develop client briefs
- Take an active interest and keen knowledge of industry and marketing trends, using both to lead and on our clients’ future marketing plans
- Working with the rest of the account team, you will help to identify business development opportunities for Revere with your clients and will support the leadership team with the overall business objectives
The team
You will be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking Client Services team whilst also collaborating across the business with other departments such as our Creative Studio, Digital and Strategy teams.
