Account Manager, Christchurch, £40,000

The Purpose

As the Account Manager for this leading solutions provider, you will have an exciting opportunity to manage and grow the existing customer base through building strong customer relationships and selling the key capabilities of the company. You’ll work on projects for some of the leading retail brands, whilst supporting and developing your client support team.

The Account Manager Responsibilities

Develop strategic account plans for you client portfolio.

Manage the day-to-day relationship with your clients

Proactively work with colleagues to resolve customer queries and develop new solutions.

Line management of two Client Support Specialist’s and a Customer Service Advisor

Complete reports, sales projections, and forecasts.

The Account Manager Skills & Experience Required

Ability to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Creative thinker and able to work collaboratively.

Experience in sales analysis, CRM management, and assessment of client businesses.

B2B solutions

Have an eye for detail and high levels of accuracy

Demonstrable success in winning new business.

Ideally 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role.
