Role: Account Manager/Project Manager

Location: Hybrid / Kingston upon Thames, England (mandatory 2 days a week onsite)

Account: Global FMCG retailer

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Account Manager/Project Manager will be working across some of the world’s best-loved brands across multiple categories from Home Care to Ice Cream. This is a pivot role in the team, working closely with the Account Director and Senior Project Manager. This is a hybrid role, working alongside our clients in their office for a minimum of two days per week.

You’ll be organised, collaborative and proactive with a meticulous attention to detail.

You’ll be proactive and positive, able to build relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues.

You’ll relish identifying and converting new opportunities.

You’ll have a proven track record of delivering and driving a wide variety of briefs and complex projects from social media campaigns, content and assets to video and photo shoots.

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF…

You can demonstrable account/project management experience.

You have a proven track record of managing local and global clients and campaigns within the FMCG industry

You are confident in end-to-end project delivery, with the ability to run client review meetings alongside other team members

You have excellent organisational and communication skills, a natural at prioritising when it comes to juggling multiple tasks at any one time

You are experienced in working and managing high volumes of work under tight deadlines

You take accountability for project data accuracy and daily reporting compliance

You monitor and maintain documentation for projects including timing plans, cost estimates and burn reports

You can mitigate potential delivery issues and proactively resolving problems at speed

You can run client meetings confidently and take notes and actions

You are confident being the first point of contact for client questions and request

You are responsible for workflow and stakeholder management – liaising with internal teams and external suppliers where needed
