Salary- £13.00 per hour

Crooton has an exciting opportunity for an Activities Coordinator to join their care home in Chichester, PO19 1SG.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Regional Activities Coordinator, you will be expected to travel to some of our client’s other homes to support if needed. You’ll help to create a stimulating environment that enables our client to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for their residents. Their ethos is all about celebrating life, so you’ll help to devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability. An extremely rewarding role, part of your time as an Activities Coordinator will be spent getting to know our client’s residents and their families before you create tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone’s wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll need to be warm, empathetic and personable to join as an Activities Coordinator. Your organisational skills and driven mind-set mean you always get things done and make things happen. Meanwhile, your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our client’s residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community. Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn’t essential – especially because we’ll make sure you have the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career.
