Rayment Recruitment are working with a well established company to recruit for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk/Financial Assistant.

The company are looking for someone to join their existing team.

The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of purchase ledger processes and your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Preparing supplier payments
  • Posting purchase ledger invoices and credit notes
  • Issuing customer statements
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Month end duties including nominal ledger journal posting
  • Nominal ledger reconciliation work
  • Other ad hoc duties

The ideal Purchase Ledger Clerk/Financial Assistant must have at least 2 years experience within a similar role.

Our client is offering study support after a successful probationary period.

They also offer staff discounts and Wage Stream facilities.

Car driver essential due to the location of the office.

This position is 100% office based.
