Full-Time Financial Analyst |
Refreshing is proud to be partnering with two of the UK’s largest financial institutions Full-Time Financial Analyst. The client, based in Central London.
The Role:
As Management Accountant, the core focus of this role will be on streamlining and professionalising the finance function. Key skills are as follows:
Manage various clients finance and accounting (alongside a more junior bookkeeper).
Prepare Management Accounts and Month-end Journals
Monthly Payroll & Reconciliations
Payment Runs
VAT, PAYE, and other compliance responsibilities
We’re Even More Excited If You Have:
Accounting degree/CPA preferred
IT/Software background preferred
Technology background/experience preferred
Duties:
– Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decision-making
– Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
– Analyze financial statements and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
– Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations
– Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights
– Present findings and recommendations to senior management
– Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and materials
Skills:
– Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
– Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
– Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software systems
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
– Strong problem-solving skills
