SENIOR SALES

Reports to the Fashion Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

To support our Fashion Manager run our Fashion Department, it is essential that you are a motivated and passionate individual with a flair for fashion retailing. Your focus will always be on the customer and meeting their expectations, to ensure they enjoy a truly unique and memorable shopping experience. You will also drive sales and help lead our team to deliver, while adhering to company standards, policies and procedures.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Deliver excellent customer service; identifying customer’s needs and answer product related questions, always going the extra mile, resolving customer queries and complaints.

· Show a keen interest in the profitability of the department and the sales targets; maximising opportunities through product knowledge, offering add on’s and alternatives.

· Ensure high store standards are always maintained; having meticulous detail in terms of product placement, presentation, and aesthetics of the retail environment.

· Contribute to a successfully performing team and help all colleagues; support in the training and development of new team members, be a positive role model for the team, leading by example at all times.

· Show willingness and flexibility, be able to perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment, not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get ‘stuck in’, and display a ‘can do’ attitude at all times.

· In the absence of the manager, prioritise tasks effectively, maintain the daily replenishment, action deliveries of new lines, ensure POS and signage is up-to-date, and continue in the day to day running of the department.

· Support in key operational activities such as floor moves, sale launches, and stocktakes.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 26 per week

Salary: £7.49-£10.92 per hour
