Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Robert Half

Position Overview: As our Head of FP&A, you’ll lead financial planning and analysis, collaborating with our finance and executive teams. Your role involves budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making, emphasizing multi-currency management and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage complex financial models.

Formulate annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

Provide strategic insights to support expansion.

Foster collaboration with international offices.

Manage multi-currency financial analysis and currency risk.

Evaluate investment opportunities using DCF modeling.

Maintain financial dashboards and reports.

Stay updated on industry trends and financial regulations.

Qualifications:
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).

Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.

Expertise in multi-currency financial management.

Mastery of DCF modeling.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Impeccable attention to detail.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Renewable energy sector experience is advantageous.

Compensation: Competitive salary: £90,000 – £100,000 per annum, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package.
