Internal Account Manager at Adecco

Adecco Crewe are recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to join our well established and successful client within their Sales department. The opportunity has arisen due to company growth, so this is a really exciting time to join the business where there are lots of opportunities for growth and development in your career.

Joining a sociable and friendly team of 16, in this role you will be responsible for the management of internal customer accounts for a number of major accounts, serving as the first point of contact and providing a friendly and efficient service ensuring client loyalty. You will be managing a personal portfolio of customer accounts, providing ongoing account management support and assisting with any customer queries. You will also be producing quotations, providing support to the external sales team, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying and assisting with new opportunities to encourage continued growth and success.

The successful applicant will be driven and a real team player, and will have exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail. You will be confident with a forward thinking approach, be able to remain calm and collected under pressure, and have excellent attention to detail.

Experience within a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
